Schools out for the summer

That time of the year is nearly upon us, when the children break up for their long summer break. In previous years these have flown by and all too soon I am trying to sort out uniforms, PE kits and book bags for the Autumn term. This year I am going to make a list of all the things that we would like to do and try and do them! DS started the list with a trip to the wildlife park to see the wolves, I think they would also enjoy doing some crafty and cooking things at home if the weather is not so good and nature walks and treasure trails if the sun shines. So my task has been set and I am going to keep a list of all the ideas we come up with on here so they stay close to hand.

things to do with the children if you are near one are a Treasure Trail from the company with the same name -> www.treauretrails.co.uk. check them out, they are great value for a fun day out - only a fiver!!

Thanks for the tip Amanda, unfortunately there are no trails close to us (and I also don't think my 2 yr old is ready for a murder mystery tour yet) but it looks great fun, especially for the adults. A great idea for an office party!
